Nyerere national park has a wide range of accommodation facilities which are open to visitors and offer various services and facilities required by tourists on a safari to the park, these accommodations facilities are situated inside and outside the park. Accommodations in Nyerere national park include tented lodges, camps and hotels and they are categorized as budget, midrange and luxury facilities.
Each of these accommodations has its own pricing which changes due to several factors including season, in the peak season (June to October), most accommodation facilities hike their prices due to the high numbers of tourists visiting the park and during the wet season (November to April), some of the accommodations close due to floods and remaining one reduce on their prices.
For more affordable options which still provide travelers with a superior experience, Nyerere has a number of camps and lodges which are less costly than the more exclusive properties while still being located within the reserve and offering guests a rewarding experience. We like to classify these as Upper Mid-Range properties. Many of these camps have more lodge-like features and tend to be larger than the small exclusive or mobile camps and usually come with swimming pools, spacious common areas, well stocked gift shops and some even have purpose built Spas.
